Solune Atelier is the trading name of the company operating this website. Full legal entity details (registered company name, registration number, registered office, and VAT number) will be published here once finalized. In the meantime, please reach out via our contact page.

Solune Atelier designs and sells fine jewelry — rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets — crafted in 18k gold, recycled gold, and surgical steel. Pieces are hand-finished in our Paris atelier and shipped to customers worldwide. Product details, materials, and care instructions are listed on each product page.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

You may purchase as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.

All orders placed through the site are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Solune Atelier. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of product availability, suspected fraud, address verification, or pricing errors.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email containing your order number. An automated "order received" message is not an acceptance.

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. Shipping fees and any import duties are shown at checkout, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA Direct Debit, Bancontact, iDEAL, Klarna and other local methods supported by Stripe in your country. Payment is taken in full at the time the order is placed. We never see or store your full card details.

If a price is listed incorrectly due to a typographical or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

Delivery times, methods, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

You may return eligible items as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. EU consumers also benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, starting on the day of delivery, without giving any reason. Personalized or engraved items, and items unsealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings), are excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

If you do not recognize a charge, please reach out via our contact page before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Chargebacks initiated without a valid reason, or after a refund has already been agreed, may be contested with evidence of order, delivery, and prior communication.

All content on the Service — including text, photography, design, logos, and product names — is owned by Solune Atelier or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not place fraudulent or speculative orders.
• Do not scrape, mirror, or resell our content.
• Do not use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

We warrant that pieces are free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from the delivery date. EU consumers additionally benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. These statutory rights are not affected by our commercial warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solune Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government measures, strikes, carrier disruptions, or failure of utilities or telecommunications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solune Atelier regarding the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
