Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Personalized pieces require an additional 5–7 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel leaves our atelier.

• France: 1–2 business days · €6 (free over €60)
• EU: 2–4 business days · €9 (free over €120)
• UK & Switzerland: 3–5 business days · €14
• USA & Canada: 4–7 business days · €19 (free over €250)
• Rest of world: 5–10 business days · €25

We ship with Colissimo, DHL Express, and FedEx depending on the destination. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature on delivery.

• EU orders are sold inclusive of VAT — no additional charges on delivery.
• UK orders under £135 include UK VAT at checkout.
• For US, Canada, and rest of world, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged by the local carrier on delivery.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, please reach out via our contact page with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.

We cannot ship to countries or regions subject to international sanctions, in line with EU and US export laws.
