Refund & Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. EU customers also benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive.

• Items unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Items returned with original packaging and pouch.
• Items with all tags attached.

• Personalized or engraved pieces made specifically for you.
• Earrings, for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
• Gift cards.
• Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase.

1. Reach out via our contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. Within 2 business days we'll send you a prepaid return label (EU) or instructions (international).
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it at your nearest carrier point.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you a confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

• EU returns: free, with our prepaid label.
• UK, US, and rest of world: customer pays return shipping.
• Faulty or incorrect items: we cover return shipping anywhere in the world.

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you'd like instead.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.

You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched by reaching out via our contact page. Once dispatched, please follow the return process above.
